Retsina for me, Ap - love it or hate it - I loved it - but you can only drink it chilled, sitting outside in the sun looking at the sea. Otherwise it tastes like disinfectant!
I have some lumps of pine resin here, and a sniff of that does the same for me as your cinnamon candle does for you!
