Looking for a norwegian mop!

My friend has a great mop her friend got her from norway but I cant find one anywhere.

It has a wooden handle and a rubber strip at the bottom that you can dry wipe floors with. It also has a metal clip that you can attach a wet tea towel or cloth to to wet mop the floors.

It means you are always using a clean cloth to clean your floor. It get into all the corners too. Its fab but cant find one anywhere even after several searches with different variations of Norwegian mop in the title!

Anyone know where to get one from?
