  • Stainless steel wok?

We've got an carbon steel one but I was wondering about getting a stainless steel one instead as it would be easier to clean and also wouldn't rust over winter when it doesn't tend to get used.

Anyone use/recommend a stainless steel wok?

I have some stainless steel pans and would not reccomend a wok make from the same material. Mine are not easy to clean bot inside and out.

I do have a titanium wok that costs about £35 by procook and it is the best I have ever tried. Do not need much oil and wipes clean after use.

Ahhh WTD we've got lots of stainless steel pans and they are very easy to clean, that's why I wondered about a stainless steel wok. Odd huh?

I'll have a google/look at the procook wok though.

Not used a stainless steel wok but do have a large frying pan (don't know where from, think it was a wedding present all those years ago!) which cleans easily. Like you, I like my pans and never have any problems cleaning them but suppose it depends on what you cook in them.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
