Cut our loaves in half, one for feezer, one in plastic bag in fridge. Eats well for the first couple of days then used for toast, croutons, crostini, cheese or sardines on toast, whatever.

I wrap mine in a clean kitchen towel. It keeps for a couple of days (by which time it's either eaten or frozen in slices)

We eat ours fresh while it's fresh, then toast it.

I also use an air tight plastic box that is designed for cakes.
