Mine is one that you pump up like a spinning top - more you pump, faster (and longer) it goes - if you're not careful you could end up with lettuce smoothy

Hmmm mine is one you hold with one hand while spinning with the other, me thinks I will be looking for something better / easier.

No, i treat my one (same as yours) as a quick bit of cheap exercise
