I have a Kenwood mini chopper which is great for making Chilli flakes and lots of other things, but can any Grapes recommend a grinder or some such to make my own Chilli powder?

    How about one of these?

We use the little coffee mill attachment for our Kenwood blender. I assume any other coffee mill would work just as well

In the end I went for one of these.

When it arrived I was skeptical as the working bit looked very much like my Kenwood mini-chopper, which is great for making flakes but nothing beyond that.

However I chopped the stalks off a couple of dozen dried Apaches and threw them in and whizzed them up for one minute, result, Chilli powder! Well pleased.
