Just wanted to say I have borrowed a few of Diana Henry's cookbooks from the library and can highly recommend them.
There are two Gastropub books which show you some of the best gastropubs in the country and then replicate recipes you can eat at these places. I can highly recommend the elderflower and raspberry ripple ice cream.
She has also got a new book called Food from Plenty: Good Food Made from the Plentiful, the Seasonal and the Leftover with Over 300 Recipes, None of Them Extravagant, which does as it says. I am currently making her paradise jelly which involves quinces, apples and cranberries. Yum yum.
