    i always take a Jetboil

the boiling container acts as the mug and will boil water very rapidily
all you see here is stored away inside the mug, even the cartridge

I've tried flasks, but they always have a funny taint (even when really clean). Also, cycling them over pot holes isn't a great idea ... makes an awful mess in yer panniers

I've got one of those, they're great. As Flum says it can be a good idea to keep some twigs in the dry for wet days. I do sometimes take a flask up to the plot too but only use that for cup a soup as my storm kettle is much better for tea

What a good idea. I haven't got an allotment, but my grandchildren would be amused by this on their many trips out with the family. Thank you!

The only problem with them is that they are quite bulky. Not a problem for me as it lives up the lottie locked in the security chest behind the shed but I would find it a right pain to carry round if I was treking.

We christened our flask last week, didn't notice it being that tainted or demonic but I think owt tastes nice when your freezing. I can see one of these being great for camping and himself is often looking for camping gadgety stuff he can buy so I may show it him. We don't do all dayers at the plot, I'd like to but just never been that organized. Plus we have no loo and the 'shed' is too full of crap to take a pee in.

Not a problem for me....I put the container outside, pull the door ajar and pittle through the gap!

Am thinking I've not really got the equipment for this and am not resorting to a shepee (JOE Product Promotions presents the She Pee (P-mate).)! Have used one at festivals and there's not way I have enough hands to manage that and hold the door to

                        Very light though. Aluminium.
