I have just bought my first dehydrator which arrived today. I fancy making beef or perhaps turkey ? jerky so went for the Andrew James Premium dehydrator, as I like the rectangular shape and it is a 550w rather than the 250w/300w models which are probably the only other ones that I could afford.
Do any other member have this model?
Can anyone give me any tips regarding times etc.
I assume a 550w means it will dry quicker than a smaller wattage model.
