Wow, I decide to take your advice Woody, and I've just had an email from the managing director offering to send out their new improved covers. In my email I included the link to this thread. I'll update again when they come. I really liked the design, so being able to continue using the product will be great.

Today I took delivery of the 3 new culticaves, not just covers but the whole unit The first shipment got lost by the courier, so Rob sent them again. I intend to update this thread once we see how the new ones fair. I'm looking at it being an 'in the field' product trial, and hope the result is positive for both the company and myself. So far 5 stars for customer service.
