Does anyone know where I can buy these fairly cheaply? I'm sure I've bought them in French markets for a few Euros but can't find any full-size ones in the UK under £15 ish, which I know isn't much, but I need quite a few of them... I did a couple of years out in Oman and the local lads used to make some 'pin money' by making these from the plastic banding (usually blue) found round boxes.
