My thoughts exactly JSP Hang on to your voucher until they offer free P&P again - or a special offer you can't resist. You can't use them for postage BTW.

Also just spent my £5 voucher on a few seed packets at 49p and 99p each so overall im pleased that I bought this.

edit: regarding you post: I spent £5 on seed and i dont mind the £1.95 postage

When I ordered the plants I also ordered garlic - since I had to pay P&P anyway. The garlic came yesterday but, because there was a substitute, they sent another £5 voucher. So I have 48 plug plants, a garlic collection and £10 vouchers for £14.94

I just potted mine up, I havent bought that many plug plants in the past but these were actually a decent size, most of them a good inch tall. Ill post some pictures in a bit.

Also, with the small cell trays you get with plugs does anyone actually use these to sow their seed? They are much easier to take out than pulling a seed out a seed tray but can imagine the small cells dry out quickly.

They just arrived with an apology for a torn box All inside was ok though.

                I have received
6 Echinacea Magic Box, 6 teenyweeny Munsted Lavender
                12 wallflower Most Scented
                12 Primrose Most Scented
                12 Primrose Husky Blue
                and the £5 voucher.

I think that VC had the better deal - but I'm still not complaining that much

Nice idea putting the plug trays in a larger tray so they dont dry out. What seed are you going to grow in them?

It was the only way I could keep them upright! Its some sort of ready meal tray The strips were too long for a half size seed tray. I'm going to try mixed salad leaves as I have lots of seeds - if it doesn't work, it doesn't matter!
Give it a go - you know you want too!!
