Hard anodised aluminium? Like these: Mermaid Hard Anodised Bakeware in baking trays at the home of creative kitchenware, Lakeland

I have some mini loaf tins made from the same stuff and it's good. You can find cheaper than those ^ elsewhere. I think Silverwood? make them too.
