Can anyone recommend a good roasting tin? My old one (which belonged to my OH's grandmother, and has therefore roasted several herds of animals in its lifetime) has sprung 4 leaks

I have a non-stick one which makes rubbish gravy, so am wondering about enamel or plain steel. What do you use?
