I bought ours specifically to use up our fruit glut (we don't like fresh fruit, or jam, or juice).
We've (by that I mean I have) used it every day* since purchase. The blackcurrants are nearly gone, all the strawbs, now just waiting for the raspberries to come
*I know it's not "good" for me to live on ice-cream: but I have bouts of painful temporomandibular dysfunction after a radical neck dissection, and eat ice cream when I can't chew anything else
