It depends what model it is they flog them on ebay if you can get a rotavator with a reverse gear it saves you looking a right pratt when you get stuck in a corner my rotavator has reverse it took me a long time to get used to it but now i am used to it it's majic jacob

Had a look at a back issue of "the other mag" today - July 2006 issue..
They had a test on rotavators and one of the test models was an MTD T-380 with a 24" cultivating width.
It came out top alongside the Honda, which can't be bad. If you want more details on what it said, give me a shout
