I got the potting tray at Aldi today, only £4.99 which is half the price I have seen them on sale elsewhere. Also got some summer flowering bulbs, 99p a packet Ooh, and a bag of Charlotte seed potatoes for £1.49!

Popped in today and picked up the seed/potting compost - someone had helpfully split a bag wide open and it looks really good - 25 ltrs for £1.49 -should sort me for all my seed sowing needs for this year now.

Also couldn't resist a climbing rose for 1.89 and stocked up on BFB.

Was sorely tempted by the wooden potting table/station thing at £30 but I resisted!!

Just bought Aldi, all brass, hosepipe fittings set (£4.99) - brilliant. After all those years getting soaked by rubbish plastic stuff it feels like a holiday......................
