  • heat, timer measurer thingy

I am not really sure what i am looking for but i have it in my mind and surely it must exist.

It´s rare that is goes below 10c at night, especially in the PT or GH, but it does happen so what i would like to get is something that measures the temperature and if it goes below 8c it would turn a heater on, i have a really good electric plug in heater that on low only costs about 10cents an hour, so i do not mind paying for it now and again, but do not want to be turning it on all night.

Does anybody know what i am looking for or even if it exists

    Thanks in advance

I can recommend the Bio Green Digital Thermostat, expensive but very very accurate. It comes with a probe that can be placed at plant level to ensure that the heat is correct at plant level.
In this country it will pay for itself very quickly but might be a bit extravagant in warmer climes.

I use a Bio Green Thermo 2 in my greenhouse to trigger a 3kw fan heater.. It's now 3 years old.. Very accurate..
