So, Round beds with colourful netting - looking less like an inca theme and more like a Moroccan tannery

It all seems to point to pearl or red. None have been tested with leafy brassicas though!

It looks like I may need some red net next year for the fruit cage. Does look as if red is best for fruits (which I had suspected).

Yep I agree, blue for brassicas and red for fruits or flowers.

I wouldn't mind betting that carrot flies are colour blind............but that's for another thread!

First of all, buy a 4pack of tinnies. Then have a drive around till you see a building site with blue debris netting. Then find a workman who looks as though he enjoys a few tinnies. Need I say more??

Finally purchased 3m X 25m of the blue stuff for 12 squid. I have spring cabbage and curly kale ready to plant out so I can start getting the frame work in for its arrival!
