What do you think of the bulb, tuber, plants supplier Peter Nyssen?

Has anyone dealt with this firm? If so, can you recommend them? I'm about to embark on a new enthusiasm- dahlias. I need to spend money on stock tubers. Normally, I'd go to a specialist but in the present economic situation they're going to be nose-bleedingly expensive. My guess is (they're not ready to supply till December, and so have not declared 2018 prices yet) that Nyssen would be significantly cheaper- but I don't want to buy second-rate tubers. Anybody help?

I don't know anything about PN, sorry, but had top quality bulbs and service from the Anglia Bulb Co for the Amarcrinum Howardii I've just planted.
You could have a look to see what dahlias they can supply..
