I would usually just stick this in the minor rant thread but this really is the last time I use this company I am really not fussed at this point about refunds and replacements. After the kiwi that was broken at the graft before it was packaged, the alstros that never emerged out of the ground, the callistemon that never came out of dormancy, some dubious fresh lily tubers.

This last straw is a black baccarat rose that I have had on order a year. They sent me a nice e-mail to say it was on its way and I have just opened it up and it could have been a nice plant were it not for the fact that of its four limbs each one is suffering from die back or damage. The die back on one is rather long and hollow. As I said it has been on order a year so it is not like it is the last of the stock. Will post pics later.

I really do feel sorry for new gardeners who think they are at fault when sub standard plants are sent out like this.

Thanks Norfolkgrey - I've not borrowed the pointy stick but would never have got it as I have never heard of the company anyway and from the sounds of I don't want too.
