Another library loan which I have found fascinating. It's in the Pan Garden Plants series, and details over 650 vegetables with loads of colour pics and detail on different cultivars including some of the rarer veg and heirloom types. Info includes cultivation advice and common pests and diseases. I didn't expect too much from this when I picked it up, so was pleasantly surprised at some of the content. The ISBN is 0330 315943 if anyone wants to source a copy.
