Welcome! Another newbie who claims to not know what they are doing, but has created beds considering crop rotation, is splitting crowns of rhubarb and planning ahead with e.g. garlic planting. It does appear that you are acing this already!

My only recommendation is to figure out what your local sources of free organic matter are (grass clippings, leaves, manure) as it will be invaluable as mulch or on the compost pile.
