Feel free to ignore me, most people do but I think you should build the other 2 beds. Now is a great time to be sowing and I guarantee that you will fill those 2 beds in no time and need more ground.
If you have to erect a deer fence you may as well enclose 4 beds as 2.
Go on, you know you want to.
Strangely enough I’m just about finished building the last one, was thinking about doubling up, one on top of the other. Trouble is probably don’t have enough material for the bigger enclosure. But we will see

You won’t go far wrong if you listen to the resident chicken. So my advice is do what she said .

What you got, roe, red, fallow, sika, muntjac?
Don’t have a clue what type they just eat everything except rhubarb

Decided to split the difference and put one more bed in, will stick my main crop spuds in them

Thanks for the warm welcome, some amount of info on the forum to get my teeth into. Think I will enjoy this

I think if you put some sugar on the rhubarb, they'll eat that too.
