A big welcome Amorel. Your place sounds beautiful in the summer, the winters sound a bit harsh though.
As some other grapes have said, just put the seaweed on the compost heap as it is but not to much at once though, mix it in with other stuff. It'll soon heat up and do what it's supposed to do.
