Hi i'm sheryl, and I got my allotment three weeks ago after waiting for a year and although it's overgrown i love it.I've been nearly every day for at least two hours apart from today, the weather was too lousy and i think i've had withdrawal symptoms from not going. It's really hard work but every little bit i clear is an achievement which i buzz about ,i've been reading books and mags for hints and advice so any help or advice anyone can give me would be very welcome.

Welcome aboard Sheryl, and congrats on getting hold of a plot. I know pretty much b*gger all about gardening, but I've had plenty of support from the good grapes on this site, so keep posting and you'll be fine.
You wait till things start to get growing - then you'll reeeeally get the bug!
