Hi, for the past few months I have been browsing this forum and a lot of valuable information has been gained simply by trawling through old posts. I only started my own vegetable patch around October 2007 (where my caravan used to be stored) I have prepared 4no 7' x 4' beds after a lot of hard digging and soil improving. In addition to this I have also made a permanent raspberry bed about 14' long x 4' wide, with post and wire supports, plus, a similiar bed for thornless blackberries. There is quite a bit been planted under the ground, first early spuds, broad beans and early peas, can't wait to see some of it above the ground.
