I'm Shane, a 25 year old from Yarm (on the Tees).

I've had an allotment for the past 2 year in Hartlepool (where I am from) and gave it up to take over a new plot on the Quarry Lane site just down the road from me, which I took over yesterday.

Good luck with the allotment, You will see a big diference in soil between Yarm and Hartlepool. I live in Billingham and notice a big difference in just a couple of miles...
