    Hey Rach

I nearly called you Jack - I thought your name was a play on Kerouac. Kiriwach see.

You'll find plenty of helpful and friendly advice on here, good luck.

Maybe I shouldn't have that other glass of red...

Hi and welcome. What are you hoping to grow this year?

Hello Kiwirach - I just joined today as well. Not got allotment - will probably be retired by the time I do so have got three raised beds in back garden. Last year had wonderful salads, various beans, peas, herbs etc. Disastrous time with brassicas - wanted to grow things like romanescu and purple sprouting which I love but nothing seemed to happen - lots of leaves no heads!!! This year have got tumbling toms in baskets in dining room, loads of basil (too much) and garlic/shallots from autumn planting. Have also put in raspberry canes so hoping for fruit. Any advice on things that are unusual, easy and don't take up too much room?
