Just signed up after having a read on some of the excellent topics and posts on this brilliant site. Bought our first house in october so have taken the opportunity to grow soem veg for the first time.
Luckily for me the previous owner also liked growing her own stuff so I can look forward to some gooseberries, rhubarb, currants and raspberries without doing anything!
Remember my dad growing raspberries when I was younger...perfect rest snack between playtimes! He also used to get us to squash those red beetle thingys that you get on them (i've got no idea what they are called!).
