Hello! new and raring to grow(sorry.bad pun)

hello everyone.

I've been reading posts on here for advice for ages but just never got round to signing myself up. You are all so knowlegeable........... I feel like an utter newb!

Anyhoo.....just a quick 'hello' to everyone and thanks so much for all of your covert help so far.

My new poly tunnel should be turning up next week...only an end of the garden 2m by 3.5 m job but I'm so so so excited... Up til now i've just grown the odd half barrel of runners or a few sweetcorn in the flowerbed( i'll not mention last years grim tomatoes! )

Any advice on some thing I can put in there now? I'm thinking it may be a bit late for this year but i'm just too excited to have it sit there empty.

Welcome Libbi.Dunno much about polytunnels i'm afraid but i'm sure help will be along soon!
One thing I know you could sow or plant now would be lettuces.
