I'm writing this having spend most of the past 12 months looking at our back garden trying to pluck up the courage to dig up part of our lawn for our first vegetable patch. Maybe this year!

Hi and welcome, MDM. I startd with a couple of beds here in the garden when we moved 8 years ago. I now have NO LAWN at all and half an allotment. I hope you know what you are starting!
