Hiya
My name's Hazel and I'm an ex-NHS pharmacist who gave up my job and moved to Ireland last year to run a smallholding.
I found this forum whilst doing a search on "Elderflower champagne" (yes, I'm a keen winemaker as well... might as well put my chemistry knowledge to good use eh ?)
Live with my lovely husband, one daughter and 7 demented hens - one of whom is called Twinkle - hence the username.
Looking forward to finding lots of useful and realistic tips (and possibly sharing a few of my own ??)
