Hello from Chelmsford!

Hi all,

Just saying a quick hello, i joined a few days ago. I'm ploughing my way through all the posts at the moment!

I've only started to grow a few things this year, ive got a cucumber plant, some tomato plants and a pepper plant!

I really want to plant some potatoes, carrots, onions and peas too. When is the best time to start these?

Im sure i'll learn a lot from this site as i go along!

Hi and welcome! Lots and lots of friendly info here for you. I'm growing an outdoor cucumber for the first time this year. I have a tiny garden so I train everything upwards where possible and so it's (fairly happily) sharing a big enamel bucket with some sweet peas!
