thanx for all the welcomes!!!!!!!! i just moved here so i am in an apartment (temporarily) and dont have the space to do a whole lot. ive got a bunch of house plants and a few young palm trees on the patio. but my pride and joys rite now are my pepper plants. im a crane operator and travel all over the country for work, so i never really get to settle in anywhere for very long. as soon as i find a house with a yard you guys will hear all about stuff i plant and grow. thanx again for welcomes. great to be here

Hi tbone!
Nice to meet you. I'm new too, but everyone seems great and very helpful and friendly, so I'm sure you'll fit right in.
Actually, it's nice to see another Yank on the board since, although I reside in the UK, I was raised in the USA (married, moved, and am now here desperately trying to make the native flora flower! )
Catch me for a chat if I'm up late online, which is when I usually chat to everyone back home.
Nice to meet you!Changing the world, one plant at a time.

Hi There, welcome to the vine.
We went to a friends wedding just North of Atlanta back in May and loved it there, in fact everyone was so friendly in all the little towns we visited we thought of just upping sticks and moving but had to get back to reality and back to dear old Blighty.
One thing that really impressed me was the enormous selection of fruit, veg and seafood in your supermarkets and all oustandingly fresh, well cared for and impeccably presented, one place we visited had atomated showers for the fruit and veg. Puts our supermarkets to shame.Hayley B
