  • Hi

    Hello.
I used to have an allotment but gave it up due to lack of time, also used to help keep bees in a community group I was in, but again due to lack of time had to stop.
I am thinking of starting to grow stuff again when we move house hopefully later this year. Theres not much point doing it now. Looking at No Dig methods which I find really interesting, especially as I am closing in on retirement age rapidly.

Warm welcome wellies, we would wonder where wellies wanders within wildflowers? Wakefield? West Wales?

Our England is a garden, and such gardens are not made
By singing-'Oh how beautiful!" and sitting in the shade,
While better men than we go out and start their working lives
At grubbing weeds from gravel paths with broken dinner-knives. ~ Rudyard Kipling

Haha, nothing so illiterative I am afraid. Merseyside, at the moment, hoping to sell up here this year and move into Cheshire though.

Welcome wellies, you can grow a few things in pots so you can take them with you when you move.

Welcome! No Dig is great and so easy
Nestled somewhere in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Good soil, strong winds and 4 Giant Puffballs!

                    Hallo and welcome wellies.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
