thanks fiona, am certain my attempts are much more feeble than your beds, but I know what you are saying, I am trying to stay focused and not get disheartened ( very hard for a perfectionist with an inferiority complex lol) and I have had a small success, I got 5 beans from my fine bean plant! lol

as you can see, never short of advice on here, especially at this time of year when we cant plant much.
I am a total beginer too, apart from a few veg in containers last year.........now i have no lawn, all raised beds for next season.......BEWARE!! its very addictive being here
