another newbie

hi,

another newbie here.
my name is missy, i live with my husband and our 2 sons, and i'm expecting a girl in 7 weeks.

fairly new to growing our own. about 2 years ago we had grown some veg in the green house and then planted them in the garden, shortly after in a space of 2 weeks my brother passed away and we had loads of flooding so the crop all got ruined, and if anyone has ever lost a family member it's very hard to get the enthusiasm to carry on... anyway i'm now getting the "bug" again and after the baby is born, I shall be working on the garden again with my 8 year old son who also has the "eco/green/grow your own" bug.

Hi Missy. I don't think I should say 'welcome' as such because I just got here myself. I'm completely new to veg growing so you can probably advise me. But if you want any advice on insectivores, cycads, palms or plants that stink like dead horses then just whistle. Lol.

Welcome Missy. Enjoy the vine, I found it mega useful when I started growing, and still do.
Once you get back out there the bug will really bite and you'll enjoy it again.
