    hi can anybody out there give me some advice on growing drying or freezing bellottie beans

      Or you can pick them when the pods are mature - and you can feel the good-sized beans inside - and shell them out to eat either fresh, or to freeze - the Americans call these Shelly Beans. I froze loads last back end. They don;t need soaking like the dried ones.

        thank you for that flummery do i have to blanch them or not?

          I never do. They keep well - certainly a full gardening year - after which I start again of course!
