  • Hi all!

Signed up the other day so thought i would say hello! Im in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire (Yep the place with all the water ) and decided quite late on in July last year to try growing some veg. Had good success even with the late start and managed to produce a good crop if beans, carrots, spuds and tomatoes.

This year im getting more organised! I dont have much space and its all paved so ive built 2 3x3x1 foot raised on part of the patio and there is a nice spot that 4 growbags fit in perfectly against the fence. Also invested in some large pots and some potato planters, so i hope to be able to produce a nice selection through the year.

Also just acquired 3 year old rhubarb plants which im very excited about and hope to enjoy for years to come. Im thinking about getting a dwarf fruit tree of some kind too.

Now all i need is some better weather!

We stayed a couple of nights when we were in the area for a wedding. I expect it needed re-rurbishing after those floods!
