  • Hey-go!

Hello! Just thought I'd say hi from the Woking area! Any lotty hints and tips would be greatly appreciated. One being, can I plant my tom seeds now or should I wait till march?

    Welcome to the Vine, Schmik.

You probably should wait a couple of weeks until you sow your tomatoes - but then I haven't - I have sown one or two which are germinating on the kitchen windowsill...

Hi there. theres a couple of folk on here from round Woking way and I'm just down the A3 from you. On advice from people on here I am going to wait a bit to plant toms. Cultivating patience is killing me!

Hi and welcome to the vine.

There is a thread on here where some of us are experimenting with early tomatoes.

Hi and welcome. I've only sown 2 types. (Probably got about 20!) I'm waiting another couple of weeks to sow the bulk of them though.

Hi there! welcome. Only plant now if you're mad......like a lot of grapes here ( myself included!) They're for the purposes of research (so I keep telling myself)
Never test the depth of the water with both feet
