hi there i am john and am living on a island on loch lomond called inchfad (googl earth it ) haha
wow what a size of garden haha a mile long
i am looking to grow what i can and hopefully have some livestock
can anyone advise me please on anywhere to get pol chickens in scotland
as i am totally new to this and any help would be great

forgot to say there are 2 hen houses and a big section fenced off for them

Hi John and welcome to the vine! I did google your island and it looks amazing, how lucky are you. Can't advise on chickens but loads of threads on Rule the Roost part of this forum and loads of advice.

Hi John! I live just down the road in Buchlyvie. I've been out to Inchfad, least I think I have with the national park volunteers, definitely been to Inchcallioch and Inchconnachan, also been to some of the other islands too, my boyfriend use to work for Luss estates you see. Sounds like a good size garden to me! Good luck with the chickens!
