Introducing myself

My name is Janis and at the moment I just potter around in my garden, I always do my tubs on the patio, I grow herbs and have grown tomatoes. This year I want to grow more veg, I have space at the back of my garden but it is quiet shady I need help as to what will grow succesfully there. I am a novice at this so I will need advice!
