  • Hi From Fife

    Hi folks,

I have been readiing these forums for a number of weeks now and even mae a post or 2, I don;t know if it's my age or not (must be maturing) but my wife and i are considering chickens although still doing much reading and research so we get it 100% right!! We are also going to undertake growing some of our own fruit and veg this year, which im sure we will have some success with and some disasters, we have 2 young kids so hopefully they will get as much enjoyment out of this as we do, we have limited space for vegetables so we will keep it simple.

I am also keen to try making my own beer and wine i just hope im not taking on to much at once.

I am sure i will be asking for many tips over the coming months

Thanks for all advice gained so far and who knows i may make a few new friends on the way

Hello nribs and a very warm welcome to the vine! I grow my veg in a relatively small space but I manage to fit loads in! Good luck with your plans!
