Hi!

Im Simone and im new to the site, my dad recommended i joined

I live with my 18 month old son and and am pregnant with my second so looking forward to starting growing my own fruit and veg. Keep me occupied over the summer

Unfortunately i only have a small back yard so will be growing using a raised bed and pots.

Look forward to chatting and getting more help and advice, im sure we'll have lots of questions

I'll say hi too from Simone's Dad (OP) and his partner. We too are fairly newbies at growing our own but really looking forward to picking up some good tips.

We have just sewn our first lot of Annuals for the rear yard/garden and we are also sewing some veg seeds this week.

Fiona - Thanks Im hoping to start with spring onions, lettuce, carrots.. and strawberries.. not sure what else i can do at the minute..

I havent actually started anything yet, just have my little strawberry plant i bought yesterday, will start this week hopefully!
