Hello from Bulgaria

My hubby & I moved to south east bulgaria a year ago and being fairly new to gardening we are looking forward to getting our veggies planted. As we've spent most of our time this last year getting the house and garden sorted we've not spent much time learning the lingo so I think you lot out there might get "mowed down" with all my questions.

Thanks for the welcome folks. Although hubby and I are brits we've moved about a bit since 2000 living in spain, portugal and now BG. Finally decided BG for us despite the weather. Hot summers and very cold winters. It was great fun to play with the dogs in the knee high snow. Weather here still quite cool at nights, so us BGns even have to put "blankets" on our poly tunnels at night. They grow wonderful tasty veggies here as most is grown as per the seasons like in the olden days but you can still buy bland tasteless stuff from the supermarkets in town. Q's will be fast and furious now as soon as I find the right topic which to post in. Weather here at the moment is changeable, nice and warm today everyone out in gardens but yesterday b....y freezing.
