Hello. I'm just getting started on growing vegatables after years of growing house plants and garden flowers. I have a new raised bed for the veg as well as smaller plots which do have garlic, onions and leeks in them. My current problem is getting the seedlings to grow into small plants ready to put out. I will win in the end because I don't understand the words of 'giving up'.

Hi Ruth and welcome to The Vine. Me and OH are having a weeks holiday in Liskeard end of May. Apart from The Eden Project and Heligan, can you recommend any other Gardens which have a Veg section?

hello Ruth, welcome to the vine, most of my seedlings (except toms and sweetcorn) have been sown in situ, and are briging themselves on quite nicely, we must have similar climates.
