    Hi everyone
    I am new to growing veg, started im febuary, so far every thing is growing realy well, not sure quite how to use the site yet but i have a question if anyone can help, i am growing purple headed broccali which at the moment is about 2" tall, can you eat the leaves as they look like cabbage and if you can eat them when should you pick the leaves i have no florretts yet thanks for any help.         Hi and welcome. Yes you can eat the leaves of brocolli, I did when mine didnt grow florets and I gave up! Not sure if you should eat the leaves if you are wanting to harvest it properly though

          You won't have a head until it's about 2 foot tall
          If you eat the leaves now, the plant will die. It needs the leaves to feed itself.
