  • An introduction

Just a quick note to say Hi to all my fellow veg growers.
I just discovered this forum today and so far I am liking what I see.
I was bitten by the veg growing bug 2 years ago now so this is my 3rd season of growing. We have gradually been adapting quite a sizeable area in our garden to grow things in and from the 1st summer where it was all grow bags we have now progressed to a green house, 8 raised beds and some additional space for pots and sturdy sticks for hanging baskets of tomatoes and strawberries. At the moment the greenhouse is heaving and yet again I seem to have grown many more tomatoe plants than I planned....oops. Mind you after having the whole crop blighted the last 2 years I am determined to be able to eat at least 1 home grown tom this year. As a result I have lots of varieties and as usual my labelling went wrong so no idea which is which

    Hi Incy,

Welcome to the vine- sounds like you're well and truly bitten by the bug

    You should post some pics!

      Thanks Mchanen,
Actually I do have a mystery item this year. I thought they were aubergines but now I am veering towards tomatoes. I'll have to post a pic on here and see if anyone recognises them...
