I found this site while searching desperately for recipes and preserving ideas for the mountains of organic veg currently piled up in the kitchen. Glad I found you! I don't have a garden or allotment myself, but I'm part of an association which supports a newly established organic market gardener in our village - each member of the association gets a veg box once a week, and we all help out on the farm when we can, doing whatever's necessary.

Kind of a nice community thing to do, and we get all kinds of weird and wonderful fruit and veg throughout the year. And a lot of exercise And I know more now about putting up polytunnels than I ever thought I would ...
